Important Spa Information
Payment Policy
Waterfront Day Spa accepts Cash and Check. The spa requires new clients to provide a valid credit card when scheduling any spa service.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance or the credit card on file will be charged in full for the services scheduled
Check-In
For spa services, please arrive at your scheduled time. Your time does not start until you are on the table. If you arrive too early, we may still be in session with another client. If you arrive before your scheduled time, feel free to sit in the park area located next door.
Parking
We have plenty of parking spaces available
Cell Phones
Please turn off cell phones or put on vibrate. We would like you to receive the full benefit of relaxing. You come here to unwind!
Arriving Late For Your Appointment?
If you show up late for your appointment, your therapist will gladly accommodate your entire service if she does not have another scheduled client promptly following your appointment. If she has a scheduled appointment directly after, she must perform a shorter version of your scheduled service - so the next scheduled client does not have to wait. You will be charged the regular price for the treatment reserved.
Attire
Please dress comfortably. It is ok to come in with make up when coming in for a facial. I have great cleansers to remove everything. All jewelry needs to be removed for facials, unless you are insistent on leaving on.
Disrobing
Some treatments require you to have privacy so you are able to get tucked in on the treatment table. Some of our express services, we can drape a towel over your top to protect your clothing.
